Sowing the seeds of joy:

a FREE springtime journaling workshop

Thursday 20th March, 7.00pm-8.30pm

In this 1.5 hour feel-good journaling workshop on Zoom you will:

  • Discover how a positive journaling habit can make everyday life more joyful

  • Harness the springtime energy to connect with your most optimistic self!

  • Cultivate joy and express gratitude for the new season

  • Try out a variety of creative journaling techniques, guided by me (Hannah!)

This workshop is also a chance for me to give you a taster of what’s involved in my Journal For Joy membership, so please note that I’ll be spending a few minutes telling you more about this at the end. There’s absolutely no pressure for you to join the membership though – you’re welcome to come and enjoy the workshop either way!

All experience levels are welcome. And all you’ll need to take part is a notebook and some pens or pencils. 

Once you book your free ticket, you’ll be added to my list and I’ll send you the Zoom link and instructions the day before the workshop. If you can’t attend live, no worries. The session will be recorded on Zoom and shared with you afterwards.
